i need help i have 4 weeks until my wedding and need to lose 14lb

please any ideas  ??? i have an exercise bike   as cant use anything else  due to bad back    hellppppppppp

im so fed up  tierd of  what seems to me doing everything from kids to hubby

then had an accident putting curtains back up and fell     just feel so tierd and worn out the exercises are coming on and the wedding planning is going totally out of control  could scream  at the top of my voice right now   not giving in yet thou  made of sterner stuff than this     still have to put those curtains up  maybe tomorrow after rested my leg  dam bruise    hope everyone is doing well with thier diet   you know you can do it

im over the moon as got on my scales and another pound gone im now 11stone 10lb

went out today and brought my very first dress eva   never wore a dress in my life  but hubby said ill look really good in one and he was soooo right    went passed a game shop and found a pc game fitness  and health    it is the same as you get on the wii   with the cardio and more exercise pailties  workout  weights etc  going to try install it later on today and see how well i get on      hope every one is in a good mood today   if not heres a huggggggggggggggggg

i guess its a start  this week  want to try lose 4lb by next week just hope i can

going to give it my all as i have about a month and a couple of weeks left to my blessing

i need to lose those few extra lbs more i lose now better ill feel on the day

im rita and i live in essex uk   im here as my wedding blessing is coming up in aug this year and need to lose just over 2 stone and really need help as im struggling now   if im lucky ill lose a 1lb a month  even exercisein and eating healthy  im at a total loss thou some days just cant be assed   i need a buddy off or online pref someone will go walks and   trrain with me and we can help each other out   i really need to lose this weight   for my blessing as want to show that i can finally do something without giving up
