hi all im new

hi 

im rita and i live in essex uk   im here as my wedding blessing is coming up in aug this year and need to lose just over 2 stone and really need help as im struggling now   if im lucky ill lose a 1lb a month  even exercisein and eating healthy  im at a total loss thou some days just cant be assed   i need a buddy off or online pref someone will go walks and   trrain with me and we can help each other out   i really need to lose this weight   for my blessing as want to show that i can finally do something without giving up

    hi!! well, i’ll tell you now, if you really put your mind to it, you can really lose weight. this site is very good at motivating people. just read some of the blogs on here and they can inspire you. also make a point of writing blogs on here, even if its not diet/exercise related, it really does help!

    try reading paul mckenna’s book, i swear by it! i’ve only just come back on here after a couple of months off, so i’ll be pretty much starting with you. maybe try getting some workout dvd’s. i use davina mccall’s dvd’s, they are really good. i just bought another one called turbo jam, which is suprisingly fun but it seriously makes you sweat!

    will look into the book and dvds never tryed them as yet used to have a wii but that isnt as good as it makes out to be but will look into all dvds thanks for the advice its much apreciated and welcome :)

    this is a great site. reading blogs about how people kick butt really helps me. If you want to loose weight you will. You have till August plenty of time. Make sure you eat healthy and small meals. Drink plenty of water. I do not work out at the gym I work out at home and in 6 weeks lost 19 pounds. If I can do it anyone can. I use work out dvds, dumbbells, run run and run….

    all i have is an exercise bike which i use and crosstrainer which sometimes is hard for me due to a spine problem but i try and cope with it but going to give it my all
