:) lost 2 lb this week
i guess its a start this week want to try lose 4lb by next week just hope i can
going to give it my all as i have about a month and a couple of weeks left to my blessing
i need to lose those few extra lbs more i lose now better ill feel on the day

awww well done! did you check out the book and dvd i recommended? the book basically says, eat what you want, but only when you are actually hungry. eat until you are full and enjoy your food. its just a better way of controlling portions. you basically eat what your body needs, not what you are told to eat by some diet. at the end of the day, 2lbs is better than 0!! don’t beat yourself up about it. be proud!! x
2 pounds in a week is friggin awesome! Recommended is like 1-2 pounds a week so keep doing what you’re doing and good luck!
Hugs
Michelle

Hey hun you actually only really want to lose 1-2 pounds a week if you can help it. Any more than that and you are losing not just fat, but muscle and healthy things as well. People who lose a lot of weight in the beginning are losing primarily water weight. I would say aiming for four pounds is a little much. I think it is awesome that you lost 2 pounds this week.
1-2 pounds a week is the healthy rate. Be sure you are feeding yourself right, ok? Congrats on your loss!
